We believe there is a better way to resolve conflict.

Conflict is difficult because it involves high emotions and can often be seen as a win or lose proposition. We may feel threatened and alone in the process. Old ways of dealing with conflict often don’t work. We need help and a new approach to work through the conflict. With the right support, we open up the possibility for conflict resolution.
