Parents, whether parenting together or separately, often do not agree on parenting. Even parents that agree on a parenting philosophy often have challenges with their children. We will support you as you reach your parenting goals and transform chaos to calm!
-Are you arguing about how to discipline the children?
-Do you need a parenting plan that will really work for your family?
-Are you feeling stressed-out or overwhelmed as a parent?
Coaching – An experienced family coach will meet with parents to provide a structured process for the exploration, creation, and implementation of the parents’ vision for themselves as parents, for their children, and for the family. Using motivational strategies and encouragement, coaches provide tremendous support for transformation.
Education - An experienced parenting specialist will meet with parents to support their research-based learning about the relevant stages of cognitive, social-emotional, and physical child and teen development; discipline; environmental and educational considerations; parent-child communication; and behavioral interventions. Education may also include information related to personality styles and approaches to decision-making.
Mediation – One neutral professional will meet with and assist the two parents using a highly structured, comprehensive process to identify the issues, discover priorities and values, create options, and reach agreed-upon outcomes. All agreements required for a legal parenting plan may be addressed and documented for attorney review and filing.
Co-resolution - Two family coaches will meet with and assist two individuals using a highly structured, comprehensive process to identify the issues, discover priorities and values, create options, and reach agreed-upon outcomes. The coaches facilitate joint meetings together with the other coach and client, and also meet with their clients individually to develop the most positive communication and plan the most beneficial approach for negotiation. As a team, the two coaches provide an overall neutral process. All agreements required for a legal parenting plan may be addressed and documented for attorney review and filing.
